Amway ™ and Quixtar ™ are both part of the Alticor family of companies. Amway ™Corporation was founded in 1959 and has grown to be a world leader in multilevel marketing business opportunities.

In 1999, Quixtar ™ was launched as an innovative, Internet, I-commerce business model. Since then, Quixtar ™ has become a leading e-commerce venture, available only in North America. The Amway ™ multilevel marketing business opportunity continues to be offered outside North America in countries around the world.

Both Amway ™ and Quixtar ™ bring many of the same leading global brands to the marketplace, such as ARTISTRY Skin Care and Colour Cosmetics, NUTRILITE Vitamins and Food Supplements, the eSpring Water Purifying System, and the SA8 Laundry System. Although Amway ™ and Quixtar ™ share some commonalities, they use different business models that have been developed to meet the needs of various markets around the world.

Amway ™ for me, like many of you who have ventured into MLM, was my first attempt at it. I received special permission as a teenager to become a distributor and I am grateful for the experience. The potential of Multi-Level Marketing was apparent to me at a very young age and it is still as apparent today!

But, now I am older and wiser and I understand that you can't take potential to the bank and cash it! This was the grand daddy of MLM's and there have been many who have made a fortune with this company.

The customary MLM approach was invented by Amway ™ the secretive way that people are invited to participate, never sure exactly what they are going to see until it is actually presented to them, but that has all changed.

Almost all MLM's try or have tried this approach, but now most people's response is "is it Amway?" It is my belief that most people really resent the "mystery" approach and do not react favorably to it. But Quixtar ™ has changed all that with their ecommerce updates.

Quixtar ™ has moved into the direction of internet marketing, and we certainly agree that internet marketing is the future.

The products offered by Quixtar ™ are good and compete with products that are highly publicized, readily available, but nowhere near as good. Therein lies the problem, there is SO much competition that it makes this very difficult.

After years of testing opportunities, most of them waste my time and don't generate much money because you have to chase people around trying to SELL IT! They ALL have to much competition and don't offer a Totally Unique Product to a Huge Existing Market. But I have found THE ONE that pays the Best, has True Mass Appeal, is One-OF-A-Kind, and has NO COMPETITION!
