I, as many of you, fell for Carlton Sheets misleading commercial. Misleading in the sense of the total costs.

I sent in the $9 + for the package. I then received a phone call from one of the employees of Sheets. She proceeded to tell me that if I decide to keep the package, it would costs approximately $78 and do I want to pay this all at once or in payments. I figured for $78 +, whether it worked or not, it was worth it and told her I would pay it all at once (one payment).

In reading the material, I realized that it was not what I wanted. I do not want to own "rentals"...I was looking to buy and sell property. I sent the package back and was still charged....NOT $78+, BUT $550.00 +.

i AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REVERSE MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE. (IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS)

Ive done the carl sheets programs and being in banking I thought I would have no problem.

I was sort of understanding his investment strategies, but a week later i recieved a call asking if I have a credit card.

They wanted to know if I was able to give them $18,000.00 or if i was able to use multiple cards to put it on.

They said they would show me how to leverage my cash flow and also show me how to break even within 24 months.

Wihtin a week I recieved the very same call asking if I had credit cards that I can use abd they will show me how to kick start my business and make thousands of dollars a month, if I gave them $14,599.00

By the 2nd week I had recieved a 2nd call saying this person could help me if I gave them only $8000.00

Then unbelievably the 3rd person called 2 weeks after that and this time, for only $4995.00 I can make over a $1000.00 a month. I know this sounds unbelievable, but it happened. I feel cheated by this scam.
